It is adjacent to the Claremont Showgrounds, and is used only during special events, such as the Perth Royal Show. ==History== Showgrounds Station was opened on 20 September 1995. Prior to its current position, the station was located 350m upline towards Perth, on the east side of the Ashton Avenue Bridge (formerly the Loch Street Bridge). The original location was constructed in 1954, and consisted of two 600' platforms with free standing passenger shelters and small administration/storage rooms for staff operating the station during Royal Show week. The construction was part of the conversion of Perth's passenger train system from steam to diesel power, allowing smaller intervals between stations. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Showgrounds railway station, Perth」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
